Maui Sound Healing is a locally owned, ohana-led practice with over 30 years of experience. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs.
Before you begin, you’ll be invited to set an intention—something you’re ready to call in, release, or simply explore. From there, the soundscape is intuitively created to support that intention, guiding you into deeper awareness and self-discovery.
You’ll be immersed in a carefully woven tapestry of mantra and chant, crystal singing bowls, and gongs—including Paiste, Tesla, and Grotto Sonora—alongside world instruments such as Native American flute, medicine drum, didgeridoo, sarod, and tanpura.
This work gently shifts the body into a parasympathetic state, allowing the nervous system to unwind. Brainwave activity naturally moves from beta (active thinking) into alpha (relaxed awareness), often reaching theta and delta—states associated with meditation and deep internal healing.
