SOUND HEALING JOURNEY
Take the Journey
The session begins with a verbal consultation to learn about your unique needs. It's encouraged to share specific intentions, goals, struggles, or ailments to help us provide the best experience possible.
The sacred sound journey commences with a gentle guided meditation and soothing crystal bowl sound bath and incorporates a variety of world instruments specifically chosen to align and activate the body, mind and spirit. Each session ranges from 70-90 minutes.
Sanitized padded mats and pillows are treated with HEPA filters and UV lighting in order to address Covid concerns.
