Sound Healing Journey
Each session begins with a brief consultation. You’re invited to share any intentions, goals, or areas of concern so the experience can be thoughtfully tailored to your needs.
Your sound journey opens with a gentle guided meditation, followed by a soothing crystal bowl sound bath. A variety of world instruments, mantras, and chants are then intuitively woven in to support alignment of the body, mind, and spirit. Sessions range from 70–90 minutes.
For your comfort and safety, all padded mats and pillows are thoroughly sanitized using HEPA filtration and UV light.

In a grounded and supportive space, you’ll be guided inward—creating the awareness needed to shift, release, and reconnect with your inner self.
A personalized shamanic sound journey is included to support integration and deepen the experience.
