Divine Masculine Sound Meditation- Created to inspire and enhance balance between masculine and feminine energies. Designed to facilitate looking into our own shadows and promote movement towards healing. Best to get comfortable, close your eyes, focus on your breath. Observe whatever wants to come and go. For binaural beat effects (neural pathway reformation) you must use headphones.We will be accessing male oriented mantras, drums, earth root sounds and chants followed by a shamanic invocation. We will then move into the angelic realm (feminine) to conclude our session.Warning- shadow work sometimes uncovers parts of ourselves that are uncomfortable to look at. If this happens, don't worry, it will pass. In the mean time simply try to relax and breath.
